Back in Montana
25Jun06
Until July 10th I’ll be kickin it here in Lame Deer, Montana with the American Indian Housing Initiative. This is my fourth summer out here. It’s a good time; lots of manual labor, camping, solar showers, and some pretty great people. I’ve been posting pictures in the gallery and we have a nifty webcam here.

“Lots of Manual Labor?” I don’t think I have seen you work since you were using your basic tools with Matt on the Tech Center. Oh wait, you did help Noah finish up my work last summer. But, I can’t make fun of you too much since you are one of the few that have ever beat me at my game. I will win the AIHI game, though minus food help. Tried to use my brain today while waiting for my sister, but that is just not going to happen. Roamed Billings so far safely in Riley’s truck. I prefer the view from the back of his truck down Peggy White’s “road.” “Some pretty great people”—I guess I didn’t make that cut because most people call me a pretty big deal. Go tell people good job or something, you’re suppose to be a big deal or something now. carpe diem, Sheila
