UPDATE: As if this city wasn’t awesome enough already, I finally got to actually see J5 live after waiting for years. Charlie 2NA even signed my phone!

Jurassic 5 is without a doubt my favorite hip hop group. These guys actually have, you know, musical talent! They’re a far cry from the thugs that get in front of a microphone and mumble to a beat about their women, jewelry, and rides.
The purpose of this particular post is to share with you some streaming video of J5, courtesy of KCRW. It’s a live session they recorded back in 2003, and they sound amazing. It really proves that these guys are the real deal. Enjoy.
