		<description>The new macbooks are still shutting down at random?  I thought this would be resolved by now.  Mine died two days after my warranty was up and now I have a really fucking expensive paper weight!  :p Why? Apple?  Why?</description>

		<description>I felt the same way with IBM when my Thinkpad T42 (OLD!) broke down with a busted-ass harddrive.  They  express shipped me a good box and paid for all shipping (express) as well as the (still under warranty) parts.  I&#039;m glad to hear Apple has such good customer service too... because my next laptop may be a MacBook... :-)</description>
