Letter to Self… from 1993
Mom was going through some old files recently and discovered a strange envelope labeled
Eric HoughDo not open until June 2003
A quick check of the calendar revealed that this letter was indeed 8 years overdue for opening. Thanks a lot, Mom. Geez. Inside I was surprised with a hand-written note, dated June 2, 1993, from my 12 year old self to my 22 year old self! Enjoy.

Wow, what a gift Eric. How wonderful to be able to see who you were 18 years ago!!!! I write my goals down and keep a sorta frequent journal. But i dont have anything from my youth since I lost everything in hurricane katrina. What a gift. I think I will do this for myself this year. Why not try it as an adult
